Victorian Interior Renovation

Minneapolis, MN

The Clients purchased this 2-1/2 story Victorian, built in 1904, with the intent of renovating it to represent its original Victorian style. Modifications and interior work done by the previous owners were poorly executed, out of date, and not in line aesthetically with the original detailing of the house. Many parts of the house were addressed in this renovation, including; new custom built-in shelving and storage, complete kitchen and 2nd floor bathroom gut and remodel, addition of a 1st-floor powder room, and miscellaneous fixes to the existing woodwork and leaded windows. New windows were selected for the kitchen and 2nd-floor bath that were more stylistically complimentary.
